We were so impressed with the Park City Home Depot today. I am not one to write reviews very often- only if I have a horrible experience or if I have an exceptional experience. Normally, when you go to a Home Depot you are left to fend for yourselves and the employees don't have answers or know where anything is- but today was quite the opposite. We engaged with 2 employees that were both fabulous! (Wish I would have gotten their names.) They both approached us to see if we needed help, made sure we found what we were looking for and thanked us for shopping at The Home Depot. In a world where customer service is usually at a 1-star rating, I am so happy to be able to give them a sold 5 star review.

I first got in touch with Freddie when I called the lumber department with some questions; he provided comprehensive information and put all my concerns to rest. When I arrived at the store, Freddie recognized me immediately from my accent while I was speaking to other sales associates and took charge of the situation. Even though his shift was ending, he took a genuine interest in my project, and thanks to his recommendations, I selected the right materials. Freddie paid close attention to detail and cut all the pieces exactly to my specifications. I am very grateful for his advice and assistance. You have wonderful people working for your company!

If you need someone to call you back forget about it. Have left several voice mails over the last week and no call back. Took me calling several different times and speaking to 3 different people to get an order canceled but still haven’t gotten a refund and can’t get anyone in that department to answer the phone or call me back.

Mary, a new employee working in the paint department, provided excellent customer service. She helped me find the spray paint I needed then went on to find prices for me on the Weber grills. I ended up buying one just because of her can do, customer-oriented service, eye contact, genuine interest, and attention to detail. This young woman has incredible potential and makes Home Depot look like they have a concierge from the Ritz-Carlton. I'm not exaggerating. I hope you treat her well. Weber grills aren't cheap. Congratulations on hiring Mary!

Your AI assistant is absolute garbage answering the phone. I've called multiple times, and it rings and rings and rings and no one answers the phone at this home depot. Get rid of your stupid AI assistant!! It doesn't save you money, it doesn't make you money. It just makes people angry as hell. Answer the damn phone yourselves.And don't bother giving me some snivelling, disingenuous response about how you value my feedback, written by AI. Good Grief!
